Biographical Note for Membership Promotion Office :

The Department of Membership Organization and Information apparently was dissolved in the 1956-57 reorganization and the duties assigned to the Deputy Executive Director. In 1961, the Membership Promotion Office was established and the duties of its Coordinator were to provide information on application for membership and to serve as the staff liaison to the Membership Committee. In 1973-74 it was dissolved and the duties went to the Public Information Office (1).
