Description:

Scrapbook from Charles Bagwell Taylor's time as a high school student and University of Illinois student. Includes photographs, news clippings, sports programs, ticket stubs, and other ephemera from 1914-1918. Also includes later photos dating to 1932.

Taylor attended Manistee High School in Michigan, and graduated from the University of Illinois in 1918 with a degree in Civil Engineering. He was a member of Sigma Tau, Triangle Fraternity, the Civil Engineering Society, and an editor for The Technograph.
