Student Ledger Books include 8 folio volumes containing page summaries of 5,826 student academic records (March, 1868-December, 1902) showing student's name, address, age, birthplace; entrance date; name and occupation (September 1885-1902) of parent or guardian; curriculum; course titles and grades; type and date of degree conferred; and remarks (some include a record of high school subjects). This series also includes a typewritten alphabetical index for 8,013 students, listing name; degree; file number; matriculation number, and date of entrance.

Microfilm copies of these ledgers can be found in Record Series 25/3/3, and an additional print copy of the alphabetical index is in Record Series 25/3/7.  The volumes were digitized and digital copies are stored "nearline" with the University Archives digital records.
