Description: Minutes of the College of Engineering Executive Committee (1933-1999), contain memos, reports, and correspondence concerning the formation of the College's curriculum, including efforts during World War II to synchronize the College's civilian curriculum, Navy College Training Program, and an Army Specialized Training Program (1943-1944); the publication of the Illinois Technograph (later The Technograph) (1942); the activities of the Committee on Acceleration of Regular Engineering Programs of the Society for the Promotion of Engineering Education (1941); approval to offer such courses as the History of Engineering (1939); proposals for new graduate and undergraduate degree programs and courses; reports on course revisions; changes to the College by-laws; the reports of subcommittees; reevaluations of undergraduate core courses; policies of the tenure review committee; the development and success of the the Department of Physics' polymer group (1991); course data and outlines; and the creation of criteria for evaluating proposals and curriculum revisions (1994).
