Description: ATO LeaderShape Institute Subject Files containing director correspondence, minutes, campaign mailings, photos, budgets, newsclippings, manuals, posters, and artwork concerning ATO's development of the LeaderShape Institute and its funding campaign for the proposed LeaderShape Center. The Center was never built. LeaderShape became an incorporated entity separate from ATO in 1988.
