Description: Subject file of the Alpha Tau Omega LeaderShape Institute, concerning ATO's development of the LeaderShape Institute building and the funding campaign for the proposed LeaderShape Center, contains artwork, budgets, campaign mailings, director correspondence, manuals, minutes, newspaper clippings, photographs, and posters. The Center was never built. LeaderShape became an incorporated entity separate from ATO in 1988.
