Description:

Microfilmed copies of handwritten Student Record Books, containing page summaries of student academic records showing student's name, address, age, birthplace; entrance date; name and occupation of parent or guardian; curriculum; course titles and grades; type and date of degree conferred; and remarks (some include a record of high school subjects). This series of 5825 entries contains a typewritten alphabetical index (at the beginning of reel #1) for 8013 files, listing name; degree; file number; matriculation number, and date of entrance. Locating a particular student's record requires first determining the file number from the alphabetical index.
