Forbes, State Entomologist's Office and Chief of Office of the Natural History Survey including correspondence, programs for musical and other university events including dedications, exhibits and lecture series; letters of recommendations; vouchers and receipts for bank accounts, insurance policies and mail orders; railroad tickets; orders for sheet music and household goods; and newspaper clippings pertaining to Scott's activities as choir director of Bethel A.M.E. Church (a black congregation) as member of a masonic order (International Conference of Knights Templars) as local leader of Boy Scouts and as state Civil Service employee.
