Biographical Note
The Economic Entomology Department of the State Natural History Survey deals with insect and fungi control problems. Insecticide residue, their degradation products and possible adverse effects on man and other animals receive much of the Department's attention.1 The Department is under the direction of the State by the Illinois General Assembly.2
