Description: Files of student managers of the Star Course Program, a student-run organization responsible for presenting concerts and other entertainments under the auspices of the University of Illinois Concert and Entertainment Board;  including applications for positions, bills, correspondence, contracts, ledgers, lists of ticket holders and artists, notes, programs, photographs of artists (some autographs), receipts, requisitions, schedules, vouchers.  Years 1932-33, 1933-34, and 1942-43 are incomplete.  The series includes files for individual performances (1964-95); general files (1965-67, 1971-92); ticket sales reports (1953-58,1960-79); programs (1967-68, 1982); press clippings (1966-79); contracts (1964-79); vouchers, UCEB general files (1968-69) and correspondence (1972-73); Star Course Handbook (1968-77); concert reports (1957-60); UCEB minutes (1956-59); Star Course policies, purpose, and history (1967-68); and Ledgers (1940-50).  Correspondence includes that between agents and student managers, and between the Star Course administration (Clifford C. DeLong) and the Assembly Hall (Thomas P. Parkinson).
