Description: Papers of Harold W. Hannah (1911- ), Prof. of Agri. Econ. (1941-69), including vita (1952), photograph (1962), publications, correspondence ((1949-75), speeches (1946-71) & publications of Indian agricultural development (1953-73); minutes & report of the sub-committee to nominate candidates for the Agriculture Deanship (1951-52).  Hannah served as a consultant for the United Nations Development Programme (1972) to draft a policy blueprint for an agricultural university at Serdang in Malasia, which with the Faculty of Agriculture in the University of Malaysia, would offer a two-tier program at degree & diploma levels.  The functioning of the Malaysian Agricultural University (1972) & agriculture related publications from the University of Malaysia (1970), Malaysian Farmers' associations (1972), Malaysian Agricultural Research & Devel. Inst. (1971), UNESCO (1971) & corr. relating to a resource book & a book on the legal base for universities in developing countries (1964-72).  The series include files on service as admin. advisor at Uttar Pradesh Agricultural University in India (1956-59), Ford Foundation agricultural consultant in Pakistan villages (1962-63), AAUP investigative committee at Southeast Louisiana State Coll.
