Description: Papers of Alexander Scheeline, Professor of Chemistry (1981-) and Chair of the Library Allocation Steering Committee (LASC), 2000-2001; contains correspondence, minutes, background material for hearings, drafts, and final reports relating to the LASC, examining policies and formulae for distribution of funds for library acquisitions. This series also includes laboratory equipment photographs, diagrams, National Research Council papers and oversized rolled plans of laboratory equipment used in spark experiments.
