Scope and Contents

Scrapbook of Clarence H. Freeark (1894-1953), (Accounting, 1922), containing photographs of his parents, brothers, and sister: Parke W. Freark (1890-1962), (Municipal and Sanitary Engineering, 1916), Ray H. Freeark (1892-1962), (Medicine, 1920), and Manila Freeark Appelle (1899-1974). Also includes photographs of camping trips, swimming, boating, family gatherings, parties, farm life and animals, life in Springfield, IL, 1915 May Day Pageant, scenes and newspaper clippings from Washington DC, the Western Front in France, Allied troops, troop ships, and the New York Harbor including the Statue of Liberty.
