Carter, A.E. 1948 (1894-1980), professor of Agricultural Engineering (1941-58), including correspondence, papers, reports, studies, photographs and publications relating to farm housing, farm buildings and house plans; American Society for Engineering Education (1954); American Society of Agricultural Engineers (1955); ASEE engineering "Mission to India" at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (1953-59) and Nebraska group advisor and professor at Ataturk University in Erzurum, Turkey (1960-69); awards and honors (1914-80); Alpha Zeta history (1970-72) and Fayetteville, Arkansas history, (1968, 1976). The series includes photographs and blueprints of barns, house remodeling and farm structures in Illinois (ca. 1945-53).
