Copies of quarterly, monthly or fortnightly Illinois Alumni News (1922-  ) and its predecessors the Alumni Quarterly (1907-15) and the Alumni Quarterly and Fortnightly Notes (1915-22), containing articles and photographs relating to feature stories, faculty, editorials, classes, buildings, obituaries, birth and marriage notices, alumni clubs, student life, fraternities and sororities, and athletic events.

Early issues contained historical and biographical articles relating to the University and higher education.

For 1913-15, Fortnightly Notes was published in addition to the Alumni Quarterly.

The series also includes unbound single issues of the Alumni Quarterly and Fortnightly News for 1907-22 and of the Illinois Alumni News for 1926-33, 1938-42, 1945, 1947-48, 1951, 1953-.
