Microfilm copies of Graduate College Student Ledger cards, application forms and registration cards for master's and doctor's degrees, showing student's name and address; parent's or guardian's name, residence and occupation; high schools attended and date of graduation; entrance date; matriculation date and number; last school attended and degrees held; previous professional positions held; course name, number, instructor, hours and grade for each semester; degree sought; residence and credit requirements; major; first and second minors; thesis subject, sponsor, date and approval; recommendation by faculty for degree; preliminary, language and final examinations passed; arrangements for printing; special reports and memoranda pertaining to graduate fellowships, assistantships, awards and leaves of absence.
