Description: File created by the Secretary of the Board to prepare the Trustees Reports (RS 1/1/802) manuscript notes of meetings, includes drafts of the reports, agenda items, resolutions, vote tally sheets, ballots financial and departmental reports, budget requests, university audit information, Treasurer's annual reports, faculty and staff appointments, enrollment statistics, student petitions, grants and fellowships, bids for building construction, wage rates, curriculum changes, and correspondence relating to subjects treated in the Trustees reports. 1953-54 also includes documents relating to the resignation of University President George Stoddard and the appointment of President David Dodds Henry, and 1960 includes documents relating to the Leo F. Koch Case. This series generally includes full TEXT of document which are summarized, referred to by title only, or noted as "received for record" in the Trustees Reports. This series is subject indexed in RS 1/1/4 (Proceedings indexes) and in the printed index in RS 1/1/802. Additional related documents for the period 1880-1910 are in RS 1/1/3.
