Local Transportation
The Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District (CU MTD) provides a variety of bus routes that can take you to campus and other locations in the city. Schedules and other information is available on their website, click here
CU MTD offers AirBus service to and from the airport to the Green and Goodwin area near the Symposium site. For more information, please see the link listed above.

If you wish to stay somewhere other than the provided housing, two possible lodging options are nearby: The Illini Union Hotel and the Hampton Inn.
Travel to Urbana-Champaign by Airplane
Willard Airport (CMI):
Willard Airport (airport code CMI) is located just south of Champaign and is serviced by American Airlines, American Connection, Northwest Airlines, and Delta Connection.
O'Hare or Midway Airports in Chicago

Or, from O'Hare:
Take the CTA subway Blue Line to Clinton Station. Walk two blocks to Union Station for Amtrak or Greyhound service to Champaign's Bus Terminal.

Take the CTA elevated Orange Line to Quincy Station. Walk about three blocks to Union Station for Amtrak or Greyhound service to Champaign's Bus Terminal.
