Housing & Meeting Space
We will be staying at Sherman Hall. All rooms are singles with one bathroom for two rooms. Each room has a microwave, fridge, air conditioning, and access to wireless internet. The building contains vending machines with ice, snacks, and soda. Towels and linens will be provided.
Through the generous support of the Stewart S. Howe endowment fund, housing at Sherman Hall is provided at no charge.
If you wish alternative housing, two lodging options are nearby: The Illini Union Hotel and the Hampton Inn. Many other hotels are available in the area.
You can arrive on Thursday after 4:00 pm and stay at Sheman Hall. You are welcome to stay Saturday night if you wish, also at no charge. Departures on Sunday must be by 8:00 am.
Meals
Your Friday and Saturday breakfast and lunch will be provided as well as Friday's banquet dinner. Dinner on Thursday evening and Saturday evening are on your own. We will have listings of local restaurants available.
Parking
There is parking available at Sherman Hall.
