Submitting Registration
Please fill out and return the registration form along with a $20.00 registration fee no later than May 18th, 2012 to:

Checks should be made payable to University of Illinois. Credit card are accepted via phone (above) and faxed registration form.
Housing & Meeting Space
Accommodations and meeting spaces will be provided by the I-Hotel and Conference Center.
Reservations must be made by May 21, 2012. After this date, the special group rate will no longer be available. The code for the hotel conference rate will be sent out along with registration confirmation.
If you need to make reservations before registering for the conference, please contact us.
Meals
Lunch on Friday and Saturday will be provided as well as Friday's banquet dinner. Dinner on Thursday evening and Saturday evening are on your own. Information about local dining options is available on the Schedule page or ask us for recommendations!
Parking
Parking will be available at the I-Hotel.
