Biographical Note for Harlan, Donna B. : Donna B. Harlan was associate librarian and archivist at the Franklin D. Schurz Library, Indiana University at South Bend (1966-1990) and served as deputy executive director of the Association of College and Research Libraries (1982-83) and interim executive secretary of the Resources and Technical Services Division in 1978.
