Description: Alpha Tau Omega Regional Leadership Conference Subject File (1991- ), including correspondence, lists of participants, instructional materials, contracts, and evaluations. 7-14 Regional Leadership Conferences have been held each year to provide undergraduate members with leadership training. In 1992 and 1993 the Conferences were held jointly with the women's fraternity Kappa Kappa Gamma. In 1994 and 1995 they were held jointly with the women's fraternity Alpha Chi Omega. Also contains photographs of conclaves and regional leadership conferences from 1915-95. Includes information about Road to True Merit program.
