Railroad Engine 495 parked on the tracks. Several men stand/lean/sit on the engine. A flag is moving in the wind at the front of the engine. A railway test car is attached to the engine with the Illinois Central Rail Road Logo painted on the side along with the phrase "17 Illinois Central".
