Phi Eta SigmaPhi Eta Sigma was founded at the University of Illinois on March 22, 1923 as a freshman honor society for first-year male students. It is the oldest and largest freshman honor society and has approximately 375 chapters throughout the United States and more than 1,100,000 members.
