Duplication Services

The Student Life and Culture Archives offers a variety of duplicating services for researchers. Please note that use of duplicated materials are subject to copyright restrictions, and are attended by certain costs and policies.

Photocopying Scanning

A self-service photocopier and scanner are available in the reading room. If you are unable to visit the Center, it is possible for staff to copy requested items. Fees associated with photocopying are detailed in our Fee Schedule.

Digital Reproductions

You may purchase high resolution photographic prints or digital files. Many audio and visual formats can also be duplicated. Costs associated with such requests are documented in our Fee Schedule.

Many items from our collections have already been digitized. If you would like a digital reproduction of material you find on this site, please submit a request, noting either a description of the item, or providing a hyperlink to the item(s) in question. You may also request reproduction of material you have found at the Archives, but is not present in our Digital Collections.
