Depositing Electronic Documents for Student Organizations

The Student Life and Culture Archival Program wants to document your organization's history. To deposit any physical documents or artifacts to please see the transfer guidelines for student organizations in the Resources section of this website.


The SLC will also collect your electronic records. If you wish to deposit digital photographs, word documents, pdf files or any other digital content please contact Ellen Swain at Please include your organization's name and indicate what records you would like to deposit.
